We Help Aussie Veterans with DVA Claim Entitlements and More
ABOUT US
Who are we?
At Red Poppy we are veterans helping veterans. Our advocates have previously served in Defence for more than 10 years working in human resource management, administration and data processing.
What we do?
We support Australian veterans by preparing and lodging compensation claims for service-related injuries. Through our partnership with Allied Health Services, veterans have direct access to Physiotherapists, Exercise Physiologists, Occupational Therapists, Osteopaths and Psychologists and will receive one-on-one rehabilitation. Additionally, our collaboration with Elite Supplements Australia provides professional nutrition and dietetic support to enhance recovery and optimise overall health.
Why choose us?
Our specialty is cutting through the red tape and navigating the complexities of DVA so veterans can focus on what really matters – recovering and getting on with life in the best shape possible. We also ensure your claims are handled correctly the first time by using our Veteran Doctors, Psychologists and Psychiatrists, maximising your compensation entitlements.

OUR CLAIMS PROCESS
-
Step 1
Evaluation of veteran medical file and service history, gathering of evidence and lodging of claims online.
-
Step 2
Complimentary telehealth appointment with our veteran-focused doctor, psychiatrist, or psychologist for the diagnosis of service-related injuries
-
Step 3
Once DVA accepts initial liability for service-related injuries, our advocates help veterans access free medical treatment with their DVA White Card while they await their compensation outcome.
-
Step 4
Complimentary telehealth appointment with our veteran-focused doctor to assess veteran’s permanent impairment.
-
Step 5
DVA determines the compensation figure based on total impairment points. The veteran can choose between a lump sum or periodic payments into their nominated bank account, which may take up to five business days.
*Have your service-related conditions worsened since receiving your initial compensation? -
Step 6
We reassess your injuries 12 months after your initial compensation payout. If your condition has deteriorated further, you may be entitled to additional compensation. If your impairment rating reaches 60 points, you are also eligible for a Veteran Gold Card.
